BR Opponent Stays in Quick Menu, I Cant Forfeit His Game. Timer Just Re-Sets

He's been in quick menu for 10 minutes now and it wont let me forfeit his game. When i hit X, the timer just re-sets. This is very annoying.

EDIT: it was because the servers went down
