Squad error when trying to open Diamond dynasty

When I try and play Diamond dynasty, if says network error, squad not found and it’s been a week and I still can’t play it. Anyone know how to help

I have had the same problem since the game came out

I preordered the game and was able to play the early access for a few days and all of the sudden I got the same problem. I tried deleting the game and redownloading it but that didnt work either. I contacted the show about a week ago about it and I am waiting for a response.
