Lost save file and diamond dynasty team after latest update

After jumping into The Show 21 on my PS4 I got to pick which player I wanted to use and didn't see the player I had associated to my account there. Only a new player the game gave me after the update went live. on top of this, I have my other diamond dynasty team from my Xbox loaded onto my PS4. I have already unlinked my PS4 account from the website in hopes of getting the team I had back but clearly, that didn't work and this update that was made to fix this issue clearly didn't do that for me. any help from SDS would be great. But I will take any advice too.

Join one of the other major threads on this topic. A lot of us are still wiped, with no ETA on fixing our accounts. You can try to submit a ticket too, but don’t expect a timely response.
