How long does it normally take to get a ticket answered. I dont want to play rn because im scared that if they solve my issue then I will lose the progress I made between now and then.

I dont know it says like 5 days or less. But i imagine they have a lot of tickets right now with all the server issues. I have 3 with them currently regarding a transaction and i even reach out to sony and nothing
