Al Central Team Affinity 100%, but missing 42 Barrios

I just finished the AL Central TA and noticed I am missing the 42 series Barrios. I do not see a '2' next to any other TA Affinity card and I wouldn't have exchanged him. Anyone else have this issue? Did you get it resolved and if so, how?
