Wrong animation nearly blows run down

Here’s a weird play:
DD event game, runner attempts steal of second, reverses about 60 feet into steal, C throws to 2, chase him back towards first, throw to Bell at first, who then gets stuck in an animation of what looks like a tag out at second. I still had time to recover to salvage the run down out, but... yikes
Anyone else have this incorrect animation?
