It’s in the choice pack that’s currently in the store. Those packs are never worth it if you want a specific card, so your better off to just buy it if you really want it. A few thousand more for 100% chance as oppose to 1-5 chance at the high tier.

Not a bad time to buy him. Relievers are scare he’ll go up in price once he’s out of the packs.
