Maintenance is going on. They started it around 4am PST.
I'm kind of surprised that 4AM PST (7AM EST) is their start window. I would have thought a an hour or two earlier would be the biggest dead period for the game.

There was a bright orange banner on the forums but that's only there for 45-60 mins prior to and into the start of maintenance. That.banner should last until it's completed IMO
