This game is literally in an unplayable state right now - Devs, what is going on?

The amount of connection issues is truly unreal for a game that everyone has paid money to play. I understand launch day, launch week, ect. but the game is literally not playable online right now.
There is no point in even trying. Launch the game, wait 10 minutes to connect, draft BR team, win the game, servers disconnect and its considered a loss. Rinse, repeat.
I wont even play ranked right now because the chances of that working well are almost 0. Not to mention everyone's records are still incorrect and no work.
Devs, can you provide any type of update?

I can't even get into DD. Keep getting a network error or server error.

They gave the the game basically for free to 18 million people on game pass, so naturally at least some of those are flooding the servers.
In past years, like 2017/2018 the servers have gotten flooded badly to the point where the game was unplayable
