What's the point of having rooftop bleachers if no one ever sits in them? I've added bleachers or wooden seating to blank canvas stadiums, and no one ever sits in them. I'm trying to figure out the reason they gave us the option to add different kinds of seating options beyond the classic stadiums seating, if they wont ever be used during gameplay.
