Base runners disappearing in showdown

Anyone else see this? I had bases loaded. Pitcher picks to 1st base and 3rd base runner disappeared. He did it again next batter and 2nd base guy disappeared? Thankfully I still won the showdown as I almost lost my mind.

Who/how do I let someone at SDS know.

It’s happening because that particular base runners spot in the lineup came to bat.

last year they just replaced the runner and they didn't just disappear, which is what they should do this time, you earned that baserunner
