Since Sunday night after playing ranked I haven't been able to access diamond dynasty due to "squad not found"
Also, now that the show site is live, I can't generate or do anything with my squad. I can access the market and all of my inventory, but I can't sell the cards that were in my lineups when my squad disappeared due to them currently being used somewhere.
After paying for an edition with early access & now missing out on launch week all I have received is the generic "I'll pass your ticket along email" that took an entire day for them to reply with, crickets since then.
Has anyone else had this issue or found away to work around this?

Going on 4 days with the “Unhandled Server Exception” message and can’t get into DD also. My inventory isn’t accessible but I can still get into franchise and RTTS...just not really the modes I want to play the most. Guess I’ll just kiss that Trout I pulled goodbye... just as pissed and sad as the rest of you.

I've had this issue since April 27th. I was able to play DD before that but since then whenever I attempt to open DD I get a "Squad not found" network error. I can purchase packs, work the market and see my inventory through the universal profile menu but I cannot access the DD mode itself. I've sent multiple tickets to SDS without a response. I've even tried to see if I can see my squad on the Show dashboard but I get the same "Squad not found" error. I honestly don't even know what to do anymore, I mainly play this game for DD and it's frustrating to be missing out on so much content because I cannot access DD.

We all just are depressed, at least I’ll have a 90 rated CAP whenever, if ever we get this fixed.

Yeah I'm starting to think the same thing. Last time I was able to play was when the Giambi moments were still relevant. With each patch that gets released and no mention of this I'm starting to think that they either refuse to acknowledge the problem since it seems to be affecting only a few of us or they have no idea how to fix it and are just going to ignore it unless more people come forward with the same issue. Either way it's a waste of money and I was told by Sony that because of the scale of my issue, I was not eligible for a refund. fun times.

So seriously after 2 months SDS still has not said a thing to anyone about the Squad not Found issue? I ended up creating a second Xbox profile and playing on there but I had pulled Trout, several other decent cards and not to mention the freebie stuff I got for pre purchasing the Jackie Robinson edition.

Try it again today, last week I got a reply saying they’re working on it. After today’s update it’s fixed for me!
