USA Conquest Map Issue

I completed the USA conquest map and they never gave me the 10 standard packs. Anybody have this same issue or know how to fix it?

Did you take over every single octagon? Check and see for that, that's usually what it is. There is one or two hanging around

Pretty sure. It says I have 386 territories and I have the Pujols.

Did you not complete all tasks? Like the certain # of steals?

The last task is conquer all territories and the progress bar is full.
