No Sell Cards Question

So I haven’t played in 2 years but I remember when you had a no sell card you could quick sell it for coin or put it in the exchange sets (players, stadiums, etc)....
But I haven’t found a way to liquidate or use these... does anyone have any idea what to do or do they just sit in the inventory?

Can't quick sell them anymore. You can use them in exchanges, or you could last year anyway.
