@gigemaggs99_MLBTS @gigemaggs99_XBL Keep us updated man. Same here. I am trying to talk to SDS but they're not being very helpful. Lets keep pushing to get our content back. Update this thread if you find a solution. My PSN account puts me on an endless loop too. I regret linking it, I did it for my loyalty reward, it just messed everything up, and I lost ALL my Xbox preorder bonuses. Now I am even afraid to play because I wonder if I will just lose everything if I unlink my PSN from my Xbox account.

I'm in the exact same boat, I want to play, even offline franchise, but I'm not sure if playing offline franchise I'll earn XP and stubs but then lose that once (hopefully) this gets sorted out. I'm convinced our data is there somewhere b/c my account online shows my collectibles unlocked. Also my create a player has his glove, shoes, sunglasses etc that I unlocked playing on PS5. The other thing is when I logged into Xbox for the first time it gave me Xbox achievements for equipping items to my create a pro, even though I hadn't yet, it just thought I did from pulling those over from PS side. If I look at my create a player I have nothing in my inventory though. So it's like it worked 60%.

I will also agree, the customer service is lacking. I know we all don't know how to do everything but this is the response I received from SDS when I submitted my ticket, I submitted screen shots and detailed explanation of what I'm doing and what is happening, this is their response:

Thanks for the message. I'm afraid that linking your accounts will require you to make a priority profile at the time of linking. If you selected the wrong profile, you can unlink and your items and progression should go back to what it was. I hope this helps clarify things.
The issue is, they do not tell you how to do ANYTHING, they could say, this is what needs to be done and this is how to fix it.

How are they not aware that the unlink feature doesn't even work? This is so pathetic. THROW US A [censored] BONE SDS!!! If it can't be fixed, let us know how to get a refund. I'd rather just have all my stuff back and keep playing the game I love, but this sucks.

Here is the latest response I received from SDS, still not working on my end, I again took screen shots and submitted them so they can see the errors and issues I'm having, hopefully they respond soon. This what they sent me to try (didn't work on my end).

The way the TheShow.com account system works, is you can login individually to each account, PlayStation or Xbox, separately, alternatively, if you want to Link/Unlink these accounts to share progression, you have to use a The Show Online account to do so. To Link/Unlink and manage your The Show Online account, please make sure the account marked (Current Session) under Linked Accounts on your Dashboard is NOT Xbox or PlayStation.
You can only Unlink your Xbox and PlayStation accounts using your The Show Online account. To Link/Unlink accounts Make sure you are logged in under your The Show Online account labelled (Current Session) under Linked Accounts on your Dashboard.
Please note that Stubs you purchase are tied to their respective platform Xbox or PlayStation, however, earned Stubs are universal.You can also Link/Unlink your account to your The Show Online account in-game!
Once you have have signed into the game, you can Link up with a PSN or XBN account if you already have one. This also allows your account to sync with previous versions of MLB The Show that were available on PlayStation.
Select the Link Account option from the Main Menu
A URL and code will be displayed
Visit the URL on another device and enter the code
Enter or Create a The Show Online email and password - this will Link your XBN or PSN account to your The Show Online
On the Account Link confirmation screen there is an option to Link to an XBN or PSN account
Select this and sign in with the correct XBN or PSN credentials
There is no requirement to create an account while playing the game, only to sync with previous history or stats if the customer already has an existing The Show Online and/or XBN or PSN account
You can Unlink your account via the Ballplayer Hub in-game at any time

Oh great, that's the response I get to look forward to. This MIGHT work if we were actually able to unlink from the website OR in-game. But we're stuck in the unlink loop on the website and there is no option to unlink in game. So this is how today is gonna be, huh? LOL.

That's the same template response I received. Replied back with more information and my account details. Awaiting a reply, and hoping that they read the details of my issue this time.

I received the same reply from Joseph last night. I attached an email from Microsoft, essentially stating this is an SDS issue. Microsoft said because the pre-order content contains in game currency and shop items, they cannot add these items to the game.
SDS, can you all just replace the items manually back into our accounts? WE CANNOT UNLINK OUR PSN ACCOUNTS FROM OUR XBOX ACCOUNT. The linking process has a glitch. I believe the easiest thing is to just replace the items on each of our respective accounts. We all paid for this. @Victor_SDS_PSN @Collin_SDS_PSN @Pat_SDS_MLBTS
