I been waiting since 4 hours after game released for the same thing. Still nothing. And they dont respond to me anymore lol. Crazy.

Same thing happened to me with a number of orders earlier today. I'm out about 120K currently. Submit an issue/bug report to SDS. Hopefully this gets resolved and we get our stubs back!!
