Lost my Old profile

So today I tried to sign in to the Show.com for the first time. I did it on my phone and I think I got rid of my old profile. When I went to play the game on my Ps4 all my progress is gone, stubbs , cards everything I have done since Thursday. I did not change my name the only thing it asked me is do I want to use the profile I just created all the one from like 17 I picked the one I just created. I did not think it would change it on my Ps4. Is there anyway to get back to the old one I had?
