Runners overrunning bases since latest update.

Since the last update, I have been seeing way too many instances of my runners overrunning bases with no input from me.
Mostly 2nd base, but last night I had Yelich round 1st with a lead runner sitting on 2nd base!
Not a controller issue as I tried 2 different controllers and this wasn't an issue prior to the latest update.
Anyone else seeing this?
