I am currently playing Franchise and can see from my roster that Salvador Perez is not happy, but I have no idea WHY he is unhappy. You used to be able to see what the issue was but I can’t seem to find a way to see what ails him, is there a morale screen hidden somewhere that I am not seeing? If I was a real GM I would just ask him, but that is also not an option (though it should be now that I think of it).

It could be the fact hes not making as much as he wants or it could be that he wants to be a star when you have him as everyday. Just play around with it.

Morale has no impact on in game rating anymore they said this already it only comes into play for contract negotiations this was in the feature premiere for franchise and mto
