3 batter min for 3 inning GMs

Is atrocious. MLB changed their rules yes...but they dont play 3 inning games. If it isnt gonna be changed at least adjust where stamina and confidence wont drop so quickly in these games...DD is always gonna be a hitters game and this will only make it more so. 9 inning games only....please
