Trades are broken, is there a slider?

I can't find a trade slider anywhere, am I missing it if it exists?

Trades are just stupidly broken, teams trading away 87 A potential players for 3 low 60's D rated prospects. So I made a rule no 3 for 1 trades and trade finder only. But even with trade finder the teams want to make some really dumb moves. Trade AI is worst than Madden, which says a lot.

I realized the same thing, was able to set up a trade for Trout for barely anything
