Lost stubs/ help

I placed a buy order yesterday just before the servers went down. The order disappeared along with the stubs. I didn’t receive the card. It’s not in my completed orders list.

Any help on who I can email to get some help recovering my stubs?

The show 21 website doesn’t seem to be up and running yet, I’m not able to access it.
