ok, logged onto Xbox X first, still no data and carry over, it still shows "link" in my profile. I didn't touch it. Shut off Xbox X and went to PS5, loaded PS5 version of '21 and it asked me to select my ball player, the one I created 4/16/2021 or the default, I selected my guy. Then it loaded and all my data, items and DD are in-tack.
I hope it works someday with my progress carrying over to my Xbox X but at this point I'm just happy all my stuff is back on my PS5, the wild thing is I have been playing on my PS4 and it includes that progress as well, all my stubs, daily missions, etc are all back on my PS5.

I'm going to try and make up for lost days, hope to see ya'll on the virtual diamond, as for this thread, I'm going to bow out. it's been a heck of a ride but this is more stress than one needs, video games are supposed to be the relaxing part of my day.

MINE is FIXED!!! I had the button to unlink in game, so I checked the website and I was able to unlink Xbox!!! I linked my ps5 again and I have everything again. I'm not messing with it again. Thanks SDS!!

Yea They unlinked my account for PSN and the show account but now I can’t get my previous progress when I go to connect I get the Error.

Not sure what to do right now. I get the error every time I try to link my old account on the show my account page. But it gives the reset all progress button that I haven’t pressed yet. Any ideas?
I’m working with Sony to get a refund. I’ve had enough. Just going to get my money back and be done with it.
I’m about to call too and see if they can refund me my $200 dollars and I’ll just never link the Xbox account to the website again
That’s what I’m thinking about doing. Just starting over with the game pass version on Xbox. Not sure tho, honestly. I have a really really bad taste in my mouth after all of this.
I foolishly bought the physical edition for the steel case. Dumb on my part, because I’m kinda stuck with it. Couldn’t return it.
LOL so I finally just got ahold of someone with Sony on the phone about a refund for the game and in-game purchases and he told me that SDS are the ones that control the refund process for this title so I have to wait for a response back from their terrible customer support so only God knows how long that will be. Their system at Sony wouldn’t allow him to refund any part of the game. At this point it literally feels like they stole my money.
