I know this is all really frustrating (is there a more powerful word than frustrated). I been through the unlinking and server errors and everything with all of you... But I keep seeing people saying SDS doesn't care... If you just step back and look at the situation, SDS and Partners are probably losing Millions because of all this so wouldnt it be in their best interest to be working 24/7 to fix these issues and then do something to appease their customers like free packs or stubs or whatever. Reworking the programming takes time so hopefully we will see a resolution soon. If Im wrong though and this isnt being taken seriously by the company, than they would be the worst business I've encountered. I doubt it though. Ill give them till end of week personally... But after that even I might just move on. Just my opinion...
This is the best way to approach this situation. I've been a loyal Show customer for many years, so I'm disappointed that they sacrificed the loyals on PSN to appease the new Xbox customers by giving them the game for free while we pay $100 and lose all our content. If this was The Show 20, this problem would've been addressed a week ago.
You realize it’s not for free. They pay a subscription and MS probably had a lump sum payment, I don’t think anyone knows the payment terms. Also it’s been confirmed on multiple news sites that MLB pushed this, not SDS.
Most importantly Xbox people have lost their content too, not just PS. How about you stop misdirecting your anger at people who just wanted to support the game like the rest of us and direct it at SDS for poorly implementing a feature.
Easiest implementation would have been to just force a universal MLB TS account that’s used to log in to each platform. Instead of the connect via code solution that didn’t work. This isn’t something new, games like Smite and other cross progression games have implemented this before.
Hopefully we get another update soon on an ETA for a fix and potential compensation. Because if it goes another week, I’ll be filing a complaint with my state consumer protection group.
It’s not about who and what and what anyone has paid.
It’s not even about the issue itself.
It’s about the complete disrespect and apathy coming from @Victor_SDS_PSN and the rest Of the SDS “support team” making absolutely no attempt to communicate with the growing community. They don’t care and if they do they need a lesson on customer service and how to treat your customers.
I am on board with waiting through the end of week but if nothing I will also be contacting consumer protection as well as an attorney to see what kind of class action options we have.
[censored] happens, technology fails. But the complete disrespect this company has showed everyone of us shouldn’t be acceptable to anyone.

Kind of .. I worked the system... so I decided to buy the digital deluxe on the Xbox and redeemed all the stuff that came with it. And since it’s attached to that other Ps account still, I had it there except for the stubs that don’t transfer... I paid with a gift card and PayPal for the remainder. I requested a refund after I got everything and played a game with the items on PS.. the refund was approved and I still have all the items. And now I’m about to take the refunded money and buy stubs since it’s on game pass.

Possible good news. From Monday morning at 9:30 a m through 12:30 p.m. oh, I did not experience any server errors, glitches or sluggish play. Yeah I know it's not the peak hours but that's the longest I witnessed without any issues. So I got that going for me, which is nice along with the promise of total Consciousness on my deathbed.

Every cent. Almost immediately... my reasoning was the servers make it unplayable .. and all the extras stayed attached to my account. I did spend all the stubs before requesting.

I am so desperate to play and progress in the program that I would not mind starting from 0 again, but for that, at least I get the things I paid for, that is, all the benefits of having pre-ordered the JACKIE ROBINSON edition

I'm on PS5 and I've been having the same issue as all of you. From what I've noticed, on the website the accounts are "linked"
I'm beginning to think that it's a visual bug and that they truly aren't and Iinked and I'll explain why. If they were linked, after clicking the "unlink" option it should take us to a confirm page or something like that but it doesn't. The website bugs out and it makes us log in again and again. My account is working normal on the PS4 version of the game (downloaded on the PS5) but not on the PS5 or my XBOX ONE. I went to my friends list on the PS5 version and noticed that I had no friends on that account even though it was working just a few days ago. My theory is that the account data is somehow being wiped leaving people without their players/ stubs. I've also tried to make a new The Show Nation account and couldn't find a solution through that. -
The worrying thing about all this is that on the part of sds they have already 2 days that they do not give any news ...

This thread is 10 days old and we’ve gotten nothing but a working on I three says ago…it’s pathetic.

@Victor_SDS_PSN Could we please have an update with a little detail as to what the expected resolution is, as well as a timeframe? We understand there are overall server issues that must be consuming priority there, but we in this thread all paid extra for preorder and have not been able to play and progress in the game since the main launch. Just want to know if there's any hope in holding on...

So something strange I noticed as I’m playing a new file - players from my original progression are showing their parallel level even though I don’t have the cards anymore since the sync . Example Pedro 42 showing parallel 2 in the market place . So it’s strange that part of the file is carrying through but not progression and actual cards ...

A simple update can go a long way, atleast acknowledge an issue publicly and maybe an ETA - the fact they advertised the s*** out of cross platform progression and then have this is disappointing

I just asked yet another YouTuber to help us get through to SDS about this issue so we can come off the sidelines and continue to play the game and the response was yet again, "SDS knows about the issue". Were in this on our own.
