Keep flooding them with support tickets on the issue. Im sending 10-15 a day. Once they hit a certain threshold of the same issue, they have to remedy the situation. It will eventually get to someone high enough up to fix this. Ramon where ya at bud?

Sending private chats to the SDS guys might help too.. it won’t hurt... and I’ve sent 5 tickets in about this and 4 of them were the template response.. the other said they’re aware and working on it.. I feel like this should be a pretty quick fix

Well I was told 2 days ago there was an update to fix everything coming out and that I’d hear back when it was released.....never heard back about an update.

Problem is, I've sunk numerous hours into this since Friday (much to the dismay of my family), grinded stubs on the market, acquired the cards I want, nearly completed the event, etc...all for naught. At this point, I'd just like a refund and I'll sit it out till next year. I'm over it.
The website is now showing my players and stubs, but it is not allowing me to unlink, and my consoles show no progress when I log into them. I am not going to attempt to play any while it's in this state (so I guess completing the event is a wash)

I can no longer log into my MLB the Show account (username: JLafontNYC).
I get “error logging in”. I can log onto both my PSN and Xbox accounts. Those accounts remain linked to one another, without the option to unlink.
I bring this up because before I could access my MLB the show account (where I could try to unlink accounts). Now I can’t even get access to that.

Interesting. I just tested and all three of my login credentials worked. Maybe they’re working on your account?

Just keep repeating the process.. maybe use another email account if you have one

This is so frustrating. I’ve tried literally everything twice. Last response from SDS over 18 hours ago. Least they could do is communicate. Seems like this group is working harder to figure out the issue than they are.

I have the same issue as everyone else. I would suggest launching the game as the PS4 version until SDS announces a fix

I hate this company and game at this point. Awful launch. No support or communication. Can't unlink accounts, lost all progress and Jackie Robinson preorder content. No tickets answered. What a sham.

Had the same problem. Lost all my progress after linking my account. Waisted another 140.00 to buy all the gold And Diamond cards I had. Which was mostly all the gold cards minus the Twin need 5 more for them. Lost my complete collection of the Orioles. And I still have some cards that have to be brought again.

Was there every Any mention of linking your account before you open packs or brought cards from the market. If not that is a big issue. If they didn't mention it they will probably give people some free stuff.

Ok, get this. I switched profiles on my ps5 (it’s set as my home ps5) to my wife’s and started the game. Hit the link, logged in online here, put in the code, chose the mlbts account (the one that says you’ll lose all you progress) and it accepted it fine and all my progress and items were right there on my ps5 but under my wife’s profile. I then unlinked, switched back to my profile, put in the code and it errored out as usual. Did the same thing on the Xbox and had the exact same results. I’m leaving the Xbox linked for now and just playing under my wife’s profile with all my stuff and progress restored.

Yeah I read tip that s you what to do but my thing is. I do that will I lose all my card that I purchase from the market again after linking my account. Cause if so it not worth it. 8 cards away from what I had already. SDS please reply.
