Mine doesn't even have the option to unlink and when I try to link it gives an error and I can't unlink from my The Show account. I have a strong feeling I just lost two days of work, and all my preorder and bought stubs. Ticket sent to SDS but will take up to 5 days to even get a response not looking great here.
Go to your profile on the top left. At the top of the screen, you should be able to shuffle between My Ballplayer, My Profile, and My Collection. If you move over to My Profile, the bottom right should show an option to unlink account. I did this just now and everything worked for me. Good luck!
Tried that, didn't work either... It just shows to link the account. It looks like my "The Show" account isn't connect and anytime I try to do anything with the account it gives me an error.

Hey SDS, I am having the same issue. I unlinked my accounts on the show nation and lost all my preorder content, and progress. It’s as if I started all over and only had the standard version of the game (I purchased the JR steel book).
Please Help! It’s pretty frustrating to have had payed for early access and bonus content and now it’s all gone.
Any suggestions. Can this be restored on your end?

Same problem here. All my preorder bonuses, stubs, diamond dynasty team are gone. SDS, can you please assist? I have no option to unlink.

I preordered the Ps4 version and started playing on 4/16. I had 4 days worth of achievements. When I bought the Xbox version today (4/20) and linked the accounts, the progress did not carry over. The account say they are currently linked however there is nothing on my xbox from my current progress that was made on my Ps4. How do I fix this?

Same here. 4 days of work and all my $100 of preorder stuff gone. I don't have an unlink option, just link. Please help.

This happened to me as well, no option to unlink in-game, and when I try to unlink on the website, it just logs me out and does nothing.

First, sorry for everyone that lost content when linking/unlinking their account. Second, this is absolutely comical that they released this game with so many issues. I will NEVER pre order a game ever gain.

Lost all my stubs cards perks everything when I linked accounts. 100 bucks down the drain and still no word from SDS smh this is horrible. And rtts still not working

I have the same issue. Can not unlink my account as it just prompts me to log into my TheShow account over and over. Need help on this please SDS. Lost many hours of progress

Same issue here. I linked my PSN account with all my progress to my xbox account today because I have game pass and now I have lost my team, my progression and my stubs that I got for preorder. I have no option to unlink. I can I fix this please?

Why won't they at least acknowledge this problem?? Not a peep on any platform from them. If they would just say they are aware of the situation I wouldn't have to check every hour. I find it hard to believe nobody from the studio is reading any of these threads.
