After all the lost time we better be given some compensation when this gets fixed. They gave me 3 packs in my account, what are three common packs gonna do for me after a whole missed week of playing?

Many of you say you can view your inventory on theshownation.com just not in game (PS, XBOX).
Is this the case for all of you? My lost pre-order content doesn't appear on the system (Xbox) or on theshownation. However when I look at my "Order History" on the Microsoft Store, I see my Jackie Robinson Bundle voucher. But in game all this disappeared as of last Saturday.

Have you clicked on the MLB 21 icon when you are logged into your respective accounts?

It’s like a red little window that says “Error logging in”

Same has happened to me I'm still waiting for a fix however I logged in to my show account only(current session) and was able to click on the mlb 21 game and that took me to where I can atheist see the stubs and cards I had prior to losing progress and took screenshots of it

This man really said "coming soon" over 4 hours ago. I am really trying to be patient here, but I've probably missed out on 25 hours of playtime in the last 3 days. I keep watching as everybody parallels all sorts of cards, get the 1st inning bosses and complete collections. I am really starting to feel like I'm getting left behind and it's frustrating as all hell.

Ditto here guys, just got a random error code when the game tried to save and lost 4 days worth of RTTS progress.

You’re surprised? I’m not. I’m still waiting on a response to my ticket from Tuesday morning. It’s frustrating to see my DD info, pack opened info on my The Show account, but unable to restore my progress on my consoles. Especially since we’re heading into Double XP weekend with an entire week of missed daily login rewards, XP, etc. We’re all going to be sooooooo far behind.

My theshow account now shows no PSN or Xbox account linked so I thought it was fixed. But now when I go to link my PSN I get the platform exclusivity error :(.

Just came to say that my accounts still aren't fixed, just in case you did something and thought they were. Obviously, transparency isn't a priority for SDS.

Does "coming soon" mean today? It's been a week. Does it mean next week? Can you be a little more specific so we're not spending our time checking our accounts? Also, is there any consideration to providing the option for a refund for those of us who were completely screwed by paying $100 for pre-order "incentives" that obviously haven't materialized.
I've been on SDS's side through all the previous [censored] launches, told people to relax, but the lack of communication and blatant ignoring of our posts without so much of a "sorry guys" is really fueling the anger you're seeing around here. We're talking $100 for a product that doesn't work and didn't deliver.
