Did you have to submit a Bug Report or is this something that will be fixed automatically per person since it's happening to everyone?

Here's the link to SDS' report a claim page
Make sure that you use the "Account Issue" one.
From there, you'll see another tab with "Missing Stubs/XP." Try to be as detailed as you can be.

I got an email back saying they are aware of the problem and working towards resolution. Thanks for your patience.

I didn't go that way, but I still got an email from them.
However, if it's any help I had a Buy Order in for someone at 300 stubs. When I cancelled it this morning; the stubs went back into my balance, but it took a few secs to register.

Yep, the Buy Order system is working as intended now. I started playing around 8AM PST and noticed it right away.
I still haven't gotten my Stubs returned from my cancelled Buy Orders though. But considering I only lost 40-50K while others lost hundreds of thousands, I can understand if I'm not the top priority.
