Missing stubs/Pack Odds

I just bought stubs and I have not received them, what do I do? Also I have opened 100 packs and have yet to recieve a diamond, I was under the impression that the odds were 1:50 or am I mistaken?

Each pack is its own random occurrence. Much like flipping a coin, where there is a 50% chance of getting heads, it could come up tails 10 times in a row.

Fair enough. But why even post what the odds are? Even If you rip 50 packs and don't pull a diamond I don't understand how you can rip another 50 and still not pull one. Random occurrence or not. The odds are the odds. I dunno but thanks for the response.

The odds aren't per person.
If you have 100 people opening a 50 bundle at the same time; one out of 50 of those could pull a Diamond. They could pull multiple diamonds.
