Why does it lag on Xbox one. Can someone help me fix this issue?

I'm having the same issue. Almost feels like it's running around 20 FPS on the XB1. On top of that, when batting, it feels like the PCI is not terribly responsive; feels very jerky.

Same here, lol I thought it was my Xbox, but the game is running so bad its unplayable.
