I played for a few hours at launch. Now I have nothing. It want me to do the tutorials again.
I think it was from trying to link after I turned off the game.
Lost everything. I don’t even know how to file a claim or anything.

Never mind. Had to unlink from jn the game. Posting jn case that helps someone else
