Lol. You think Sizemore is better than Kenny Lofton. That’s ridiculous. One of the best gloves I have ever seen and he played when there were plenty of stars in the outfield. Sizemore better than Lofton... not on planet earth he’s not.
Oh and Grady would absolutely be better than Kenny Lofton in the game.

Because some people don't realize how good Grady Sizemore was
True. Just to throw this out there to maybe help people understand, Lofton’s best career year is 7.0 fWAR. Sizemore’s two best years are 7.9 and 7.4 fWAR.

I disagree. Lofton should be in the hall of fame. It’s crazy to me a career .299 hitter with that elite glove in cf is not in there.

Comparing their best year against each other, Sizemore had more doubles, triples, homeruns, walks, really the only thing lofton was better at when both were at their peak was hitting singles and stealing bases. I would take the 22 steals Sizemore had in his best overall year over the 60 steals lofton had in his best overall year if I’m getting more doubles, triples, homeruns and walks. Some people don’t like WAR but Sizemore accumulated basically a third of Loftons career war in 3 seasons.. when Sizemore was healthy he was absolutely better than Lofton.

I disagree. Lofton should be in the hall of fame. It’s crazy to me a career .299 hitter with that elite glove in cf is not in there.
Lofton had 62.4 career fWAR, so I agree that he should be in the hof. But he also played for 17 years, whereas Sizemore only really had 4 full seasons. That’s why we can only look at lofton’s prime vs sizemore’s prime. And when you compare lofton’s best 3 seasons with Sizemore’s best 3 seasons, Sizemore comes out on top.
