So is there no option for Xbox users to purchase both Xbox one & Next gen Xbox in the same bundle like PlayStation and will Xbox one progress transfer over to Next gen Xbox?

Yes both the 84.99 and 99.99 versions provide both copies digitally

I got the 99.99 Digi Deluxe on xbox and it had duel entitlement
