When moving a franchise to another state can you also change the “close to home” location for morale?

I tried moving a Franchise to another state, but the “close to home” setting in “morale” still lists the previous location. Is there a way to change to the new state?

(I drafted players in a fantasy draft based on the new location, but many have low morale because they are not close to home.)

99% confident no because the relocation feature was a superficial implementation like most of the new Franchise ‘features’ over the last five years.
