Off-Line Ideas

Just looking for some suggestions on off-line play ideas. I like to use cards that I normally wouldn't use. I had been opening a 10 pack bundle to build a team and then play through the Run-it-Back conquest map adding the player that took to my team but I've got all the Run-it-back cards now. Also, kind of tired of playing the same 6 teams.
Thought about doing a Koogs inspired Angel in the Outfield but thought maybe some of you have better ideas.

Build teams of the lower POTM cards unlocked along the way to the big 6. A lot of those cards got completely over looked but are a lot of fun to use.
Aside from that, draft a br team and use them, or the best versions of them.
Build your god squad and then use the worst versions of them available.
Build a team of cards you've never used.
