Is there a date or will there even be a new season?

If you click on the RS tab it always shows the end date of the current season on the bottom left. In this case its Jan 18th at 3pm PT.
Typically the next season starts right after with no down time. New seasons are starting and ending still on 19 so I'd bet 20 will continue that trend.
