Have zero applications running when downloading. No games at all. Not even YouTube. Anything slows it right down.

Just turn off your the show 20 game, the download game doesn't matter and put your PS4 on rest mode and go do something else.

I just want to pipe in 5 months later. I’m glad it’s not just me. 2 hours and maybe half installed.

I didn't see this then, but it took me 14 hours to do it. I wasn't sure if I was doing something wrong, so I went onto Shelfy's stream and told him. He said that I must have been on McDonald's WIFI. lol
I had fast WIFI, but it still took FOREVER. It drove me nuts. I was hoping to play the game that morning, but had to wait until that afternoon for it to work. -
Just use rest mode if you experience this problem.
