Citi Field - Short RF Porch?

I just hit an upper deck blast to right field, about halfway between the fair pole and right-center, that the game reported as only flying 380'; is Citi's RF porch really that short?

I suppose the fact that the ball slammed into the fence just above the word 'THE' in the "HOME OF THE" sign might have played a part, but the output does say that it's showing projected distance.
