I could be wrong since I have no experience with something like this, but if you just got the game and hadn't put in a ton of time, can you just make another PSN account to play that game on? Or is it a console ban or something like that?

Even if you could play on another account I think you would have to buy PS+ again but not entirely sure. I know Obviously you can make alt accounts and only need PS+ on the "main" account but I'm not sure how that works if the main account is banned

I might be able to make another account to play but will lose what I have already and since I have no clue why I got banned im worried it will happen again. Would hate to start all over and then get banned again.

Dang man, that's rough. Just another reason not to buy 2K I guess. I saw it on sale too and was debating whether or not to get it. I would think there would be some resolution to this but they have to be willing to help on their end. I would just keep contacting them every way possible and ask to speak to one of their "higher ups" if you're talking to someone on the phone. I don't understand companies with customer service like that, just completely ridiculous.

Yeah that is incredibly frustrating if you can't even call someone. My guess is that you didn't even do anything wrong and something just got messed up on their end and now they have no idea what to do. They should just do whatever they need to do to un ban you and on top of it, throw in some coins! Hard enough getting ahead in that game without having to deal with that kind of BS.

I know this isnt the place for this but I have to let my frustration out. So my wife picked up NBA 2k21 for me on Friday because it was on sale for $16. I played it all day Saturday and Sunday and yesterday I logged in and received an error message that I was banned. I have not bought coins or xtr to a second account or anything else against TOS, like literally just bought the game. I only have like 10k coins and highest card is a 91. I sent in a ticket to their support and my case was closed with no resolution or response from them. I then do a live chat and they end the chat by telling me they cannot help. They basically stole my money and I have no idea what I could have done wrong. As of today i sent in my fifth ticket and still no response from them. DO NOT BUY THIS GAME. I thought madden customer service was bad. This is just flat out ridiculous and beyond frustrating. Thanks for letting me vent
Sorry this happened but you did knowingly buy a game associated with the NBA. That was the ultimate mistake right there!

Exactly brotha. Even if they come back and say sorry it was an error on their end how am I supposed to grind a game knowing in the back of my head they could just ban me out of the blue. Sux cause I was having fun

I diddled with 2k20 last week because it was free and I was having connection issues with the Show. That game and the NBA in general have gone down hill since the 90s and early 2000s when I was growing up. I loved the NBA live series during that time period but it seems 2K has monopolized that market.

On a similar note to my post above I am late to the show and just started watching the Last Dance on Netflix about the Bulls dynasty and that to me was good basketball. I'm not even a Bulls or MJ fan but it was still fun to watch them play. Anyone else enjoy that documentary?

I remembered and lived through that time, so a lot of it I already had knowledge of. The interviews are great though. Overall a well done documentary series.

No bro. I swear. I can copy the email. All they keep saying is to refer to the player policy that just lists everything you could get a ban for. They legit are not telling me
