I need help.

I apologise if this is in the wrong section; but it seems like this section gets the most traffic.
Anyway, on my PS4 console there are two accounts. My buddy's and mine.
His is primary and mine is secondary.
Up until the other day; I could play this game and Madden online.
Now the PS+ and Madden game is on his account; however, I have my own DD copy of The Show.
I had no problems playing either game online, as Playstation told me that I could as long as the acct with PS+ was the primary acct.
Well, the other day we were having trouble getting a picture when the console was turned on and we had to unplug it without shutting it off.
We had no issues when it turned back on other than now it's telling me that I don't have an active license to play Madden and that I need a PS+ membership to play The Show online.
Did something screw up in the console when we had to pull the plug to shut it down?
Is this fixable without me needing my own PS+ account? And if I do have to get me own PS+ account; do I also now need to buy my own version of Madden?
Thank you in advance.

Try and renew the license for the game through the account setting on your ps4

Try to make his account the primary again. If it is already primary, you can "restore licences" while logged onto his account. That might solve the problem. You can also deactivate his account as primary and then reactivate it.

So. For some unknown reason his account wasn't listed as Primary on the PS4.
Although we set it up that way; I think when PS decided to merge the old PS Messenger app with the regular PS App, it automatically assigns whatever ID that you enter into it as Primary.
It's fixed now. Thanks all.
