Analog Pitching

I’ve noticed pitchers lose 2mph to their fastballs unless they have outlier on it. I’d like to throw max speed and max break with analog without serving a meat ball.

Is it even possible? I know if I purposely am late the pitches will sink with higher speed but that’s really dangerous against good hitters

You need the flick the stick harder to reach max velocity.
