Who would you say are the Top 7 Must Have Starting Pitchers? And Why?

The answer is: Whatever the player's preference is based on their experience of the card's performance this late in the game. (And if there's a card they haven't used yet or is rather new to the market, then they may give them an opportunity to tryout for their team.)
So it's going to vary from player to player because some may do well with a certain card, whereas for whatever reason, some may not.
