Game stuck on "installing"

I'm currently stuck in some sort of install phase. I downloaded the most recent update, and it has me play as Nationals vs Astros while an install happens at the bottom, but the install bar is stuck 1/3 and isn't moving at all. Anyone else?

I sent a ticket to support, they responded shockingly fast actually. I started my download yesterday and set it aside. I'm guessing it just never finished and I thought it did. Nobody to blame but myself. Get to wait for another 20 GB or so to download.
