Are you guys using them ? I am using them but for some reasons they are slowing me down.

I use a low rise concave one and one of those foam ring things I've trimmed to give me some more resistance. i had to trim it some to reach the edge of the zone as it really limits movement quite a bit. Years of shooting and fighting and other things have diminished the fine motor skills in my hands a bit, the rings help.
