As an Atlanta braves kid...

I am very sad that I cannot hit a ball with Finest Acuna, and the balls I hit with Finest Freddie (very good balls hit, especially vs lefties) go straight into the shift. Are there any right fielders that I can get for my team, as I am batting a solid .000 with Acuna in 13 conquest games ON ROOKIE? Like it is unbelievable how bad I suck with Acuna. Any suggestions?

I have 0 suggestions against CPU on rookie. & as for the shift, yeah it's very annoying on any difficulty, wish it wasn't auto for everyone online. But that's a convo for another day, or never.

I hate the shift, feel like almost everyone gets shifted, even players don't necessarily pull the ball. very frustrating!

It's not that I'm bad on Rookie, I just suck with Acuna.

Yeah, Freddie shouldn't be shifted on. He was one of the best at beating the shift

There are two possible solutions. Force players to set the shift manually, or stop giving every other card they release extreme pull tendency. Some cards are barely affected, such as MVP Trout. Other cards, particularly cards with the top spin follow through we all loved in ‘17, are overly affected and will hit into the shift many more times than average. If I can know this, there’s no way SDS don’t also know this, I wouldn’t sit here and say I know SDS own game better than they do. So the conclusion is? They do it intentionally for some reason.

Agreed...if you want to shift, you should have to do it manually. but that doesn't affect the CPU doing it all the dang time...which sucks.
