Any confirmation on Finest Quirks?

Do they apply only offline or offline simulation ( like conquest ). Would be great if they applied online

Live series cards have certain quirks that only apply to them to make them somewhat usable. These quirks actually help a lot. For example Soto has first pitch hitter which makes the pci bigger on the first pitch. Finest and postseason cards have these as well. They apply both online and offline

Finest and postseason cards with quirks are more dangerous than old timer cards when you think about it. Soto being a better hitter than legends like Ruth is beyond me. Legends cards should have quirks as well.
