Buying LS Diamonds

My son decided that he wants to try to get Mantle.
He needs the main 'Big' Diamond players; plus a handful that are 15K and under.
He should have enough stubs (700K) to outright buy ALL the Diamonds he needs and the other players (if he buys the non-Diamond players before they skyrocket when TA4 drops Fri).
However, he still hasn't done ANY of the Conquest maps except for the Starter Map; so he is potentially sitting on a bunch of unopened packs.
Since he is an offline only player; I would think he would be better off waiting to see who he gets, if any at all, Diamond wise in these potential packs before buying anyone.
Thoughts?

Up to you. I see it as all those packs could be the perfect return on your investment when you sell them all off if the TA4 drives prices up. Otherwise, you may not see as cheap sells for these cards next week and could easily pay double to get him next week. This late in the game, IMO, it’s better to have him than to wait

Yeah. He should be grinding those maps for the packs. Could probably afford Mantle just on what he gets from the maps with prices rising this week.

Go to Jprogaming twitter. He has A BUNCH of those. If I were him, I would go for the ones that have the prospect packs and HRD packs. I did those, and got the rare round in the HRD both times. Some of the prospects are going for 100K or more! The Helicopter map was pretty good. If he hasn't done the Shark map, DO IT.
