Has anyone actually used the 99 OVR Roberto Alomar?

I have enough Stubs to get him and there's no way I'm waiting for 320+ orders to be filled before I get SS Chipper Jones. So this isn't a matter of whether or not he's worth his price-tag, which I think we'd all agree that there's almost no chance that he is.
What I want to know is, how has he performed for you?
If you could, try to keep the discussion on his performance alone. I know there are cheaper options that may be "better," especially in terms of value for your Stubs. I'd love to hear how he compares to his Signature Series from The Show 19. He was among my top-2 or 3 favorite and best-performing positional players in The Show 19 and I could really use another switch-hitter in my lineup -- especially one with slick fielding and nice speed and baserunning ability.

Yeah I’ve had him at 2B since he came out, he’s always top 5 in my wish list every year. He’s better than last year, in my opinion. Has a nice swing and has consistently hit .285-.315 for me (I’m around a .250 hitter every year) which puts him on a par with the better cards for me. He has sneaky pop and a nice swing and his defense is obviously elite. I paid 850k before the market inflated and everything was 1m and I’ve not regretted it even slightly.

He’s got a quick swing like Blackmon but the under 80 power is noticeable at this point in the game. I’ll use either him or Rollins as my lead off guy but can only play one of them at a time.

I used him today second at bat was an oppo taco. He’s a good card i only got him cause I like him and had the stubs tbh
