Best picture settings for BenQ monitor

Just picked up a BenQ Zowie RL2455 and was wondering what the best picture settings were. Any recommendations?

Even if I just knew the best picture mode to out it on, it would help. Right now I have it on FPS

From conversations on this forum, and actually owning that exact monitor before my newer one, I put it on FPS once I experimented with all of it and found that it was truly the best picture setting. For what it’s worth

Is that the $119 one with 1ms response time? I didn't want to want to wait the 8 months for it to ship from Amazon so I bought a 4ms Samsung from Walmart and am quite happy with it, but I know I am missing out on something with that 1ms response time.
