Why lately my catcher dont have the meter to throw runners stealing???

I would also like to know. I started an RTTS catcher about one month ago and I have never seen a throw meter, using button accuracy throwing meter. Maybe it is something that has happened across all modes.

It probably has something to do with settings. You need to turn on showtime moments I think, but I could be wrong.
